Return Policy

However, we understand that there might be instances where you need to return or exchange a purchased item. To ensure a smooth return process, please review our return policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items eligible for return must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
- Products that have been installed, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.
2. Proof of Purchase:
- A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns or exchanges.
3. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package when returning the item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturer's defect or an error on our part.
4. Refund or Exchange:
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.
- If the return is approved, refunds will exclude any initial shipping charges.
- Exchanges for the same product or an item of equal value can be arranged based on availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom orders and Speical orders are NOT RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
- In case of receiving a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
7. Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee may apply to certain returned items, especially for large or specialized products. This fee will be communicated at the time of initiating the return.
8. Exceptions:
- Our return policy may be subject to change during promotional periods or for specific clearance items. Any alterations to the standard return policy will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
9. In-store Purchases:
- For items purchased through our physical store locations, please refer to the store's return policy for specific guidelines.
